Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Coordinate with team members for employee engagement activities
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related tasks
Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Freshers are welcome (0-1 year experience preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of basic HR concepts and labor laws (preferred)
Willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality
