About the Role:

We are looking for a disciplined and experienced

Assistant HR Manager

, preferably an

Army Retired Officer

, to oversee HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Factory Act, Labour Laws, and HR management

in an industrial setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities at the factory. Ensure compliance with

Factory Act, Labour Laws, and statutory requirements

. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee grievance handling. Coordinate with government departments and ensure timely documentation. Monitor discipline, safety, and workforce management at the site. Support management in HR audits, welfare initiatives, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

Retired Army Officer

(preferred). Minimum

5 years of HR or administrative experience

in a factory or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of

Factory Act, ESI, PF, and Labour Law compliance

. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
