? Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision.
? Manage performance appraisal systems and support employee growth initiatives.
? Ensure a positive and engaging work culture that promotes productivity andretention.
? Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actionseffectively
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
? Plan and execute hiring strategies for both technical and non-technical roles.
? Conduct screening, interviews, and selection processes for potential candidates.
? Coordinate with team leads to identify hiring needs and forecast future requirements.
? Maintain and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and candidate pipelines.
Employee Engagement & Development
? Design and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and recognition programs.
? Conduct HR surveys and feedback sessions to improve employee satisfaction.
? Support training, development, and upskilling initiatives.
Social Media & Employer Branding
? Handle the company's social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
? Create and execute strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
? Collaborate with the marketing/design team to create engaging HR-related posts,stories, and campaigns.
? Promote company culture, achievements, and job openings across digital platformsto increase visibility and reach.
HR Operations & Compliance
? Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records.
? Ensure adherence to statutory and legal compliance requirements.
? Prepare HR reports, documentation, and maintain employee data confidentiality.
