Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
Support HR audits and statutory documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience as HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Candidates must reside within 15 km of Thousand Lights, Chennai.
