Recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities Manpower planning and workforce optimization Appointment letters, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit letters Employee records management and HRIS maintenance Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Performance Management System (PMS) implementation Employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling Disciplinary actions and domestic inquiry coordination Factories Act / Shops & Establishment Act PF, ESI, PT, LWF Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity Act Contract Labour (R&A) Act Minimum Wages Act 5-10 years in HR with exposure to legal compliance Manufacturing / Corporate / Service industry experience preferred MBA / PGDM in HR LLB (preferred) or Diploma in Labor Laws

Pay: ?10,631.21 - ?800,000.00 per month
