HR Transformation Lead /Program manager



Key Responsibilities



Programme & Transformation Leadership



Lead

enterprise-wide transformation programmes

from strategy through implementation, stabilisation, and optimisation. Own programme outcomes, ensuring delivery against

business case, value realisation, risk, and benefits

. Mobilise and govern large, multi-vendor programmes, including

programme recovery and turnaround

where delivery is at risk. Establish and maintain robust

programme governance, controls, and reporting

suitable for Board and Executive oversight.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement



Act as a

trusted advisor to CxO and Board-level stakeholders

, translating strategic objectives into executable transformation roadmaps. Bridge business and technology leadership, ensuring alignment between

strategy, operating model, process, data, and technology

. Lead executive decision-making forums and provide clear, outcome-focused recommendations.

Solution & Architecture Alignment



Ensure solutions are

fit-for-purpose

, scalable, and aligned to current and future-state

Target Operating Models

. Guide solution design across cloud and legacy environments, including

complex integration landscapes

. Partner with Enterprise Architecture to shape

IT roadmaps

that support long-term business strategy.

Vendor, Partner & Commercial Management



Lead

RFP processes

, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, commercial negotiation, and selection. Manage and govern

consulting firms, systems integrators, and solution vendors

, holding them accountable for delivery and quality. Oversee commercial performance, contract compliance, and value for money.

Change, Adoption & Optimisation



Own the

change strategy

, ensuring adoption, capability uplift, and sustainable business outcomes. Drive continuous improvement post-implementation, identifying optimisation opportunities across process, technology, and operating model. Align transformation initiatives with

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

strategies where applicable.

Team Leadership



Build, lead, and mentor

high-performing, multidisciplinary delivery teams

. Foster a collaborative, accountable culture focused on outcomes, learning, and continuous improvement.
