Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Lead who is a Recruitment Specialist in the Data Annotation space.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring freshers and mid-tier IT professionals to meet the growing needs of our organization.
This is a full-time on-site role, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and co-ordinating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. The HR Lead will also work closely with our CEO and the Operations Team to help co-ordinate interviews, manage timelines, track progress, and ensure hiring success. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Note:
The role is based in Pune with a complete work-from-office requirement. We request applications only from candidates with an experience of working as an HR in the Data Annotation space and who are based in Pune or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process from screening, sourcing to negotiating the salary.
Joining formalities, preparation of offer / appointment letters as well as explaining the same to employees.
Capable of sharing Induction / Orientation / Data Security, POSH and other official policies.
Maintain monthly Payroll and leaves records through attendance system.
Processing PF and Gratuity and other legal and labour compliances (With help from Consultants).
Help in formulating and implementing of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies including
Reward and Recognition programs, get together and outings to boost employee's morale.
Interacting with employees and conducting grievance resolution meetings as and when necessary.
Conducting Exit Interviews and preparing the exit interview reports for management analysis.
Capable of independently talking to Engineering Colleges, Training Institutes etc. all over India to fix up Campus Placements.
Daily reporting to management about any problems or blockers faced in completion of tasks.
Non-Negotiables:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment and HR in a Data Annotation services company.
Ensuring prompt closures to open positions by making sure only the right / personally filtered candidates are shortlisted for interview with the Management.
Familiarity with various Data Annotation roles.
Hands on experience on Free Job portals and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently.
Prior experience of training & mentoring a young team of freshers & interns under them.
Comfortable working with and managing confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Salary:
Monthly CTC between Rs 22,000/- to 28,000/- per month. Slightly negotiable for the right candidate.
