HR Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts across retail verticals. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives. Oversee onboarding, training, and HR compliance processes. Collaborate with management to identify manpower needs and growth opportunities. Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence to organizational culture and values.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in HR roles. Strong expertise in

Talent Acquisition (Retail industry preferred)

. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a team and handle multi-location operations.
