Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Technical & Non-Technical Hiring (End-to-End)Source, screen, and evaluate resumes for technical and non-technical roles. Conduct HR screening calls. Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers. Manage job postings and hiring pipelines.


2. HR Operations & Confidential DocumentationMaintain employee files, NDAs, non-competes, appraisals, and salary documents. Ensure strict confidentiality. Prepare offers, appointment letters, confirmations, appraisals, warnings, exits.


3. Onboarding & InductionRun onboarding end-to-end. Set up IDs, emails, documentation, and policy orientation.


4. Attendance, Leave & Discipline ManagementMonitor attendance. Enforce punctuality and leave policies. Escalate discipline issues.


5. Performance & Culture IntegrationAssist leadership with KPIs and review cycles. Maintain a culture of clarity and accountability.


6. Exit Process ManagementFull exit workflow and interviews.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree; HR specialization preferred. 4-5 years HR experience with strong hiring ownership. Experience with technical hiring required. * Strong confidentiality, documentation, and communication skills.
