We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Team Lead to manage end-to-end HR functions, lead a small team, and serve as the primary contact for clients. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and proven expertise in aligning HR initiatives with organizational and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR executives to ensure delivery of high-quality HR services.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on HR-related matters, maintaining strong client management and relationship-building practices.
Drive full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in line with client requirements.
Collaborate with clients to assess workforce needs and deliver timely staffing solutions.
Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Track HR metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management and clients.
Identify and implement process improvements within HR for greater efficiency.
Handle escalations from team members and clients with tact and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of HR experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/team lead role.Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and labor laws.Proven experience in client management, client handling, and workforce management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.
Good to HaveExperience in consulting or staffing firms.
Exposure to diverse HR practices and client management across industries.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
