With its focus on low friction, low cost, direct to consumer services, the company is emerging as a leader in healthcare transformation in India. The company operates physical care centers in multiple cities in India and a national digital network for healthcare. The company is now seeking to strengthen its Human Resources team in Bengaluru India. We have an opening for an experienced Lead - HR Generalist to manage the day-to-day activities in our Human resources department.
Roles& Responsibilities
Hiring and Retention
o Manage approved, open positions across the company from engineering organization to retail care centers
o Post effective job ads on job boards and social networks, and coordinate with vendors
o Identify and hire suitable candidates, managing the complete recruiting process
Manage the critical role of new employee training and retention planning
Work with managers and department heads across the company to understand hiring needs and forecast and plan on a quarterly basis
Liaise with college career offices to inform graduates about internships and junior positions
Use social networks to showcase our company culture and build a strong employer brand
Performance evaluation and employee satisfaction
Work with department heads and management to design competitive compensation and benefits packages
o Set up performance evaluation programs and track important metrics in hiring, retention, compensation and employee satisfaction
Train team leaders on performance evaluation techniques
Employee compensation and payroll
Work with finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal employment
o Maintain physical and digital employee records
Qualification and Experience Requirements
8 years of work experience as an HR Lead preferably in the healthcare, pharmacy retail industry
Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various seniority levels
Good understanding of labor compliance and regulation
Knowledge of payroll systems
Excellent oral, and written communication and problem-solving skills
Local language working knowledge is a MUST
Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Human resources.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per month
