Learning & Development Internship

Location: Work from Office (WFO), Noida Sector 2

Employment Type: Internship (6 Months) With PPO

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team and help us foster employee growth and enhance organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

? Assisting with the design, development, and delivery of training programs and workshops.

? Supporting the coordination of learning initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation.

? Helping to maintain and update learning resources and training materials.

? Assisting with the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including tracking course completion and generating reports.

? Supporting the evaluation of training effectiveness and gathering feedback.

? Researching and recommending new learning tools, technologies, and methodologies.

? Providing administrative support to the Learning and Development team as required. Stipend & Reimbursements

? Stipend: ₹13,500 per month

? BYOD Policy: ₹1,500 per month

Qualifications

? Graduate in Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources, Education, or a similar relevant field.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
