We are having urgent requirement of HR Labour Officer for our Manufacturing unit at Pithampur location.

Candidate having minimum 2-7year experience as HR Labour Officer can apply for the same.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -



Labor Law Compliance

: Ensure the organization complies with all national and local labor laws, industry regulations, and collective bargaining agreements (if applicable).

Employee Relations

: Act as the point of contact for resolving disputes, grievances, and conflicts between employees and management, facilitating fair negotiations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Union Relations

: Engage with labor unions (if applicable), participate in negotiations, and help resolve collective bargaining issues.

Contracts & Agreements

: Assist in the creation, management, and enforcement of labor contracts, employee handbooks, and workplace policies.

Disciplinary Actions

: Advise management on employee disciplinary issues, ensure due process is followed, and manage cases of misconduct or disputes.

Health & Safety

: Collaborate with HR and management to ensure workplace safety standards are met, following national and international health and safety laws.

Training & Development

: Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on labor laws, conflict resolution, and proper handling of employee relations issues.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee grievances, disciplinary actions, contracts, and other labor-related documentation.

Legal Support

: Provide guidance and support during legal proceedings, such as labor disputes, legal claims, and compliance audits.

Reporting

: Prepare and submit reports to senior management on labor-related issues, employee relations, and any trends or challenges.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification in labor law or HR would be a plus.

Technical Skill-

MS office, HR software and Advance Excel.
