Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, payroll, compliance, training, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring alignment with workforce needs.

Payroll Management:

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.

Compliance:

Handle statutory compliance, including Employees' Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).

Workforce Management:

Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data with confidentiality.

Training & Development:

Conduct weekly training sessions and implement development programs.

Employee Engagement:

Plan engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.

Reporting:

Generate HR reports and analyze key workforce metrics.

Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of HR management experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
