Key Responsibilities:
Handle
recruitment
: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Manage
payroll and attendance
records accurately every month.
Maintain
employee files, HR documentation, and compliance
records.
Oversee
office administration
and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Foster
employee engagement and workplace communication
.
Address employee queries and support management in HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of
HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
.
Excellent communication skills
