Job Summary



We are looking for an HR Journalist who can research, analyze, and write compelling stories on human resources, workplace trends, employment laws, and people management. The role requires strong writing skills combined with a solid understanding of HR practices and business dynamics.

Key Responsibilities



Research and write high-quality articles, features, interviews, and reports on HR and workplace topics

Cover HR trends such as recruitment, employee engagement, DEI, performance management, HR technology, and labor laws

Conduct interviews with HR leaders, industry experts, and employees

Translate complex HR policies, regulations, and data into clear, engaging content

Stay updated with changes in employment laws and HR best practices

Collaborate with editors, designers, and marketing teams to align content with editorial guidelines

Ensure accuracy, ethical standards, and editorial quality in all content

Optimize content for digital platforms using SEO best practices

Attend and report on HR events, webinars, and conferences

Edit and proofread content to meet publication standards

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong understanding of HR functions and workplace policies

Research, interviewing, and analytical skills

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with digital publishing tools and SEO

Attention to detail and fact-checking ability

Stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Educational Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or related fields

Certification in HR or content writing is an added advantage

Experience Requirements

2-6 years of experience in HR, journalism, content writing, or corporate communications



Prior experience writing HR or business-related content preferred



Preferred Qualifications



Experience with HR publications, blogs, or media platforms



Knowledge of Indian labor laws and global HR trends



Understanding of employer branding and thought leadership content
