Role Overview



We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile

HR & Recruiter

who can manage day-to-day HR functions while leading end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing

talent acquisition

to support business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Duties



Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases. Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. Support payroll processing and ensure timely documentation of attendance and leaves. Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a positive work culture. Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives. Administer employee benefits including insurance, leaves, and other statutory requirements.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements. Prepare and publish job postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Source and screen candidates via job portals, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with managers. Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process until onboarding. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles. Ensure smooth communication with candidates to deliver a great candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of combined HR and recruitment experience. Knowledge of HR processes, labor law compliance, and recruitment best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
