Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering engagement.
Implement and oversee performance management systems to drive employee growth and organizational success.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Design and implement training, development, and organizational development initiatives.
Drive HR initiatives that support company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of CRM and Jeweler Industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
