Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
, from understanding client requirements to onboarding candidates.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
.
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR/telephonic interviews
to assess suitability.
Coordinate
technical interviews
and follow up with hiring managers and candidates.
Build and maintain a strong
pipeline of qualified IT professionals
.
Maintain accurate
recruitment data, reports, and trackers
.
Manage
offer negotiations
, background checks, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Stay updated on
current trends
and best practices in IT recruitment and HR technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
IT recruitment
(preferably with both product and service-based companies).
Strong understanding of
IT skills
and
technical job requirements
(Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
and
ATS tools
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to
multitask
, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
