We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 1 year of hands-on experience to join our HR team at InfoBay.AI. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT talent to support our growing technical teams. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth hiring process and help build a strong workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidates.
Participate in onboarding process support.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, IT, or related field
1 year of experience in recruiting (IT recruitment preferred)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously
Proficiency with job boards and social media recruiting
Basic understanding of technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
