Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
Build talent pipelines for recurring & niche positions.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
0-3 years of experience in HR/IT Recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field (preferred).
Good understanding of IT job roles and skills is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, or ATS tools is a plus.
