HR Recruiter

Overview:

Seeking a confident, dynamic professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for internal needs and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand manpower requirements and source candidates Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle Source via job portals & social networks Conduct screening calls and interviews Manage onboarding, exit formalities & employee verification Create job descriptions with HODs Maintain compliance with company rules

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Strong analytical, ethical, and interpersonal skills Confident, positive, and target-driven Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Admin Proficient in MS Office
