Webvoom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and energetic
HR IT Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, understanding of IT job requirements, and the ability to identify top talent for various tech positions.
Key Responsibilities IT Recruitment
Understand technical job descriptions and hiring needs
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
Conduct initial HR rounds and coordinate technical interviews
Manage the interview process, follow-ups, and selection decisions
Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and maintain HR records
Assist new employees in smooth joining and induction process
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with team leaders and hiring managers for role requirements
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview status
HR Operations (Basic)
Maintain recruitment reports and databases
Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, employee engagement, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in
IT recruitment
(freshers with strong skills can apply)
Good understanding of IT roles such as developers, designers, testers, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with LinkedIn hiring, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Ability to handle multiple hiring positions simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
