Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring trackers regularly.
Work closely with the HR team to support onboarding and joining formalities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.
Knowledge of
end-to-end recruitment process
is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
