End-to-end IT recruitment for domestic hiring
Sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
Conducting initial HR and communication screening
Maintaining candidate pipeline and follow-ups
Coordinating with hiring managers for timely closures
Ensuring timely offer rollout and candidate joining
Maintaining recruitment trackers and documentation
Required Skills:
Strong experience in domestic IT recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good accent and professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle volume hiring
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Immediate availability preferred
