Crux Consulting Services is a growing organization in the consulting industry, focused on delivering high-quality services to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR - IT Recruiter Trainee to join our HR team and support our IT recruitment efforts.
We are seeking an HR - IT Recruiter Trainee to work closely with our recruitment team to identify, attract, and hire top IT talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and recruitment, with an interest in the IT sector. This is a trainee position designed to provide hands-on experience and training in IT recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including job postings on job boards and social media
- Source candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist resumes of IT candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers and IT teams to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments of IT candidates
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment records
- Support HR operations and other HR activities as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Freshers are welcome; prior internship or basic understanding of IT/ITes will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English; proficiency in Tamil is a plus but not mandatory
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools
- Eager to learn and grow in the HR and IT recruitment field
- Understanding of IT job roles and technologies is desirable but not mandatory
