Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter at our Chennai location. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing requirements. Day-to-day tasks may involve coordinating with hiring managers, posting job openings, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining applicant tracking systems while providing an excellent candidate experience. Qualifications Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and recruitment process coordination. Ability to conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and ensure a smooth hiring experience. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices is preferred. Experience in talent acquisition within industries such as IT, telecommunications, banking, or energy will be a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
