Role:

HR Recruiter

Experience:

3-5 Years

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Especially Excel for data handling and reporting.

End-to-End Recruitment Process

- Strong understanding of Oracle-based recruitment platforms for sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.

Job Portals & Social Media Hiring

- Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.

Reporting & Tracking

- Skilled in maintaining recruitment trackers and generating MIS reports.
Additional Skills:

ATS Tools

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Bulk Hiring Experience

- Exposure to high-volume hiring drives.

HR Compliance

- Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment-related compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
