We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR IT Recruiter with at least 2 years of proven experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of critical positions.
Key Responsibilities
? Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
? Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
? Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
? Manage talent pipelines for niche and in-demand technologies.
? Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
? Negotiate salary and offers with candidates.
? Maintain candidate database, reports, and recruitment metrics.
? Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Required Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
? Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).
? Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.
