Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract top IT talent via job portals, Dice , LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).
Maintain candidate database and track progress via ATS.
Ensure a great candidate experience and promote employer branding.
Handle offer negotiations and support onboarding.
Stay updated on tech hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
