Key Responsibilities
Call and screen candidates based on shared requirements
Verify candidate details such as experience, skills, notice period, and compensation
Schedule interviews and coordinate with senior recruiters
Maintain and update candidate data in
Excel trackers
Support recruitment documentation and follow-ups
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment activities
Eligibility
Candidates with
1+ year
experience
Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
Good communication skills in English is a MUST)
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel (data entry, filters, formatting)
Willingness to learn and grow in a recruitment environment
