Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment
(sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), GitHub, referrals, and networking.
Screen technical resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule
technical interviews
with hiring managers.
Build strong pipelines for recurring IT positions.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Ensure
timely closure
of IT roles as per business requirements.
Stay updated with current
IT market trends & technologies
.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of
IT technologies and skill sets
(Java, Python, Cloud, AI, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
job portals & professional networks
(LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess technical resumes and shortlist accurately.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
