Job Overview:

We are looking for an

IT Recruiter

with

1 to 1.5 years of experience

to handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Manage offer negotiations and onboarding. Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.

Requirements:

1 - 1.5 years of IT recruitment experience. Strong knowledge of IT roles and hiring platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
