We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of Electronics and Electrical engineering roles. The incumbent will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs. The role requires close coordination with hiring managers, effective candidate assessment, and adherence to recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, Electronics, and Electrical engineering positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social platforms, and vendor networks.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess technical suitability.
Coordinate with technical panels for L1/L2 interviews and feedback closure.
Negotiate compensation, issue offer letters, and manage candidate engagement.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:BE/BTech in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
1-3 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical, embedded, and IT skill sets.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Preferred:* Experience hiring for product or engineering-driven organizations.
