Job Summary
The HR IT Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT positions. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring alignment with business requirements, timelines, and organizational culture. The position demands strong technical hiring knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with HR policies and hiring standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle IT recruitment from requisition approval to offer closure.
Understand technical requirements for roles such as software developers, QA engineers, system administrators, network engineers, and ERP professionals.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and campus hiring.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds (L1/L2).
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview panels, and selection criteria.
Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and maintain recruitment documentation.
Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and manage candidate communication until joining.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, data privacy standards, and recruitment SOPs.
Maintain and update ATS, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
Support onboarding documentation and post-offer engagement to reduce dropouts.
Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of IT technologies, frameworks, and role-specific skill sets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple open positions under tight timelines.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process adherence.
Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in Human Resources/ B.E Electronics & Electrical
Experience1-2 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
