Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Support end-to-end recruitment process under guidance
Work closely with the HR/TA team to understand hiring needs
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Good understanding of IT skills and technologies (basic knowledge is sufficient)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
