Create and post job descriptions across hiring platforms (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Campus groups).
Shortlist and screen candidates through calls, resumes, and assessments.
Schedule interviews with technical teams and follow up until closure.
Manage walk-in interviews, campus drives, and bulk hiring for training batches.
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and candidate databases.
Prepare reports on daily inquiries, interviews conducted, and hiring performance.
Ensure proper documentation for batch enrollment and placement records.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of IT roles and basic technical understanding
Good convincing skills for candidate conversions
Experience in recruitment, telecalling, or counselling
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
