About the Role:



We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy

IT Recruiter

to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and skills, experience in sourcing and engaging top IT talent, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle -- from job posting to offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:



Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs for IT and technical positions. Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub, etc.). Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, databases, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical and soft skills. Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews with hiring teams. Manage communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process. Negotiate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

2-5 years

of experience in IT or technical recruitment (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data analytics). Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, or ATS systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple requisitions and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



Technical background or IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, basic programming knowledge). Experience hiring for both permanent and contract positions. Familiarity with diversity hiring practices.
