Roles and Responsibilities:

? Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment process

? Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed

? Screen resumes and schedule interviews

? Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

? Maintain and update recruitment trackers

? Ensure timely follow-ups and closures

? Support HR team in daily recruitment activities and operational activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
