Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment process

Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update recruitment trackers

Ensure timely follow-ups and closures

Support HR team in daily recruitment activities and operational activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
