DuckTale IT Services is actively hiring for a HR Recruiter.

Roles:

Sourcing Candidates

- Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screening and Shortlisting

- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Scheduling Interviews

- Arrange interviews between candidates and the relevant team members.

Candidate Engagement

- Maintain positive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Reporting

- Maintain recruitment metrics, track the hiring pipeline, and generate reports as needed.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience

- 1-3 years in recruitment or HR (can vary by role).
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to source candidates using various platforms Screening and interviewing expertise Time management and organizational skills Negotiation and persuasion skills

Technical Knowledge

Personal Attributes

- Detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
