Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel, Time office management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Should have hands on EPFO data compilation.
Should have experience on Success factors.
Working knowledge on SAP will be an added advantage.
Should have experience of salary processing over SAP.
