Recruitment and onboarding:
Sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified contract workers, managing the onboarding process, and handling all necessary documentation.
Payroll and benefits administration:
Processing payroll accurately, managing compensation, and administering benefits for contract employees in accordance with policies and legal requirements.
Employee relations:
Serving as a point of contact for contract workers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and resolving grievances or conflicts that arise.
Performance management:
Monitoring the performance of contract labor, providing feedback, and working with management to address performance issues or develop performance improvement plans.
Reporting and analytics:
Preparing reports on labor costs, workforce statistics, and other relevant metrics to support strategic decision-making.
