Role Description
We are looking for a seasoned Manager
- Human Resource & Industrial Relations
to lead and manage IR operations at our
Spinning Division in Bhilwara
. This role is critical in ensuring a harmonious and compliant working environment, fostering strong relations between management and workers, and supporting long-term organizational growth through proactive labour strategies.
Qualifications
Master's degree in
Labour Laws, MBA, MSW,HR, IR, or Social Work
Minimum
12+ years
of experience in
Industrial Relations
within a manufacturing or textile environment
Strong understanding of
labour laws, compliance, and statutory regulations
Proven track record in
union negotiations
, handling
labour disputes
, and
government liaison
Excellent
leadership
,
interpersonal
, and
conflict-resolution
skills
Familiarity with managing
contract labour
, safety audits, and workforce engagement initiatives
Major Task & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor
IR policies and strategies
for the spinning unit
Ensure
statutory compliance
and manage external audits/inspections
Maintain effective relations with
labour unions
, workers, and contract staff
Handle
grievance management
,
disciplinary actions
, and
legal matters
related to IR
Collaborate with government authorities and legal advisors for timely resolution of IR issues
Conduct regular
employee engagement programs
, welfare activities, and safety initiatives
Lead continuous improvement in
labour cost management
, workforce planning, and retention
Ensure
smooth wage settlement
, attendance management, and address absenteeism-related challenges
