We are looking for a Manager - HR & IR. The profile is as below.
Job Responsibilities:
Should be a leader and has to have the command.
Man Power Planning and End to end Recruitment process.
Employee On boarding and Induction program.
Performance Management Systems.
Employees satisfaction survey.
Employee engagement / Training and Development.
Statutory Compliances and Effectively handling of various applicable labour laws including liaising with Labour department and Govt. authorities.
Compliances with regard to Safety, Health & Employee welfare, House-keeping.
Effectively handling and coordination on Court matters.
Contract management and Vendor management.
Retention of workforce.
Employee grievances and redressal procedures.
Compensation & Benefits.
Implementation of HR & Other policies.
Qualification - MSW.
Experience - Minimum 10-12 years in a manufacturing industry of which 5 years in managerial position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
