Attendance & Payroll - Maintain a enhance, leave records, and coordinate for timely payroll.
Compliance & IR - Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, factory laws) and handle worker/union queries.
Recruitment & Contract Labour - Manage hiring of workers, contract staff, and coordinate with contractors.
Employee Engagement & Welfare - Address grievances, welfare activities, canteen, transport, safety initiatives.
Discipline & Handover - Monitor discipline on the shop floor and support supervisors in workforce management.
Knowledge of Spine ( HRMS ) will be added advantage.
Liaise with labor department and government authorities.
Oversee plant administration activities including housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen.
Vendor management and service contract administration.
