Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for plant and corporate roles.
Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend retention strategies.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for technical and non-technical staff.
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
Performance Management:
Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking employee performance.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and company policies.
Maintain HR records, files, and reports accurately.
Industrial Relations (IR) Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
Promote a positive work environment and ensure smooth communication between management and workforce.
Union & Labor Relations:
Act as liaison between management and trade unions.
Assist in negotiations, collective bargaining, and resolution of disputes.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations specific to chemical and fertilizer manufacturing units.
Prepare reports on industrial relations matters for management review.
Workplace Safety & Discipline:
Assist in implementing disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Promote safety culture and ensure employees follow safety regulations.
