Attend to employee grievances
Manage payroll, PF, ESIC, labour contractor registrations, factory, fire, pollution license/NOC, etc
Liaison with local influencers and government department related to labour, factory, fire, pollution, etc
Implement corporate HR policies
Supervise security and admin facilities
