The HR Intern supports the HR team in various tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and general administrative duties. This remote internship offers practical exposure to HR processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job portals.
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
Support onboarding documentation and induction processes.
Maintain candidate databases and update HR records.
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Handle basic employee queries under supervision.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Self-motivated with reliable internet and work discipline.
