Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Intern (Recruiting)

to support our talent acquisition team remotely. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions Communicate with candidates via email and phone for follow-ups Support onboarding documentation and HR operations when required Prepare basic recruitment reports and updates
Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools Willingness to learn and take initiative
