Support HR department remotely in daily HR operations, recruitment, data management & coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates through portals/social platforms.
Coordinate telephonic interviews & schedule discussions with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate trackers, MIS sheets & HR databases.
Support onboarding coordination, documentation & follow-ups.
Assist HR in basic HR operations, communication, emails & reporting.
Handle daily HR activities assigned by manager.
Profile Requirements:
Pursuing / Completed MBA HR or related stream.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of HR domain & Excel.
Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to manage work independently from home.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
